章 54 Al-Qamar (The Moon), 节 27 – 31

1. إِنَّا مُرْسِلُو النَّاقَةِ فِتْنَةً لَهُمْ فَارْتَقِبْهُمْ وَاصْطَبِرْ

   Indeed, We are sending the she-camel as trial for them, so watch them and be patient.

   54:27

2. وَنَبِّئْهُمْ أَنَّ الْمَاءَ قِسْمَةٌ بَيْنَهُمْ ۖ كُلُّ شِرْبٍ مُحْتَضَرٌ

   And inform them that the water is shared between them, each (day of) drink attended (by turn).

   54:28

3. فَنَادَوْا صَاحِبَهُمْ فَتَعَاطَىٰ فَعَقَرَ

   But they called their companion, and he dared and hamstrung (her).

   54:29

4. فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ

   And how (severe) were My punishment and warning.

   54:30

5. إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً فَكَانُوا كَهَشِيمِ الْمُحْتَظِرِ

   Indeed, We sent upon them one blast from the sky, and they became like the dry twig fragments of an (animal) pen.

   54:31
